Required Things

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup maida flour
  • 1 onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 6 tsp corn flour
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Spring onion as required
  • Required amount of oil
  • Water as required

Recipe

  1. First cut the cauliflower into small pieces and soak it in boiling water for about five minutes.
  2. Now chop onion, garlic and spring onion.
  3. After five minutes, drain the water from the cauliflower well and pat it dry on tissue paper.
  4. Next, take a bowl and add maida flour, 4 tsp corn flour, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp pepper powder, and 1 tsp salt and mix it well.
  5. Then carefully pour water little by little and bring the dough to a sticky consistency with the cauliflower.
  6. Now take the cauliflower that we keep cool and put it in it and stir it so that the flour is coated in all the cauliflower pieces.
  7. Next, place a pan in the oven on a medium heat and put the cauliflower in it, pour the required amount of oil to fry it and let it cook.
  8. After frying the oil, carefully put these cauliflowers in it and fry till it turns golden brown and keep it on a plate.
  9. Then put a pan in the oven on medium heat and put about 3 tsp of oil in it and fry it.
  10. After frying the oil, put the chopped garlic in it and fry it for about half a minute.
  11. After a minute, add the chopped onion and stir well and fry for about two minutes.
  12. After two minutes add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chili powder, chili flakes, and 1 tsp pepper powder and stir it well.
  13. Then turn the heat to low and add the vinegar, soy sauce, and tomato ketchup and stir well.
  14. Then add some water to it and stir it well.
  15. Now mix 2 tsp corn flour with water and mix it well and leave it for about a minute.
  16. After a minute, add the roasted cauliflower to it and stir well so that the gravy covers all the cauliflowers.
  17. Then switch off the stove and sprinkle honey and chopped spring onion in it and stir well.
  18. That’s it your amazing Chili Garlic Cauliflower is ready. Bake it and enjoy it with your kids.
