- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 1/2 cup Curd
- 300 to 400 g Ghee
- Juice of 2 Limes
- 500 g Boneless Lamb cut into 3 inch slices
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- as per taste Salt
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- a pinch Saffron
